Your public site

Your organization's public site lives at your subdomain (your-org.organizeos.org) or a connected custom domain. The Pages hub in your workspace sidebar is where you manage every public-facing page your org has. Use this doc to understand what's available, then follow the linked docs for each page type.

Finding the Pages hub

Select Pages in your workspace sidebar. You'll see a list of every public page your org has created: your homepage, custom pages, donation pages, and signup forms. Each row shows the page type, its current status (live or draft), and when it was last edited.

Three tabs appear at the top: Pages (the list), Style (visual identity), and Settings (domain, visibility, and a site-wide description).

Page types you can create

Each page type has its own editor and its own public URL. Select + New page from the hub to add one.

• Custom pages -- Freeform public pages you build from structured sections (Hero, Issues, Endorsements, Stats, and more). See Custom pages.
• Donation pages -- Give supporters a place to contribute to your organization or a specific cause. See Fundraising pages.
• Signup forms -- Collect contacts from your public site; submissions create or update records in your CRM. Signup forms have their own dedicated doc in the Forms section.

Your homepage

Your homepage is a special custom page: it is the root URL of your public site. You designate it from the Pages list by selecting the page you want and marking it as the homepage. From that point on, visitors who land on your subdomain or custom domain see that page first.

Style and custom domains

The Style tab controls your logo, color palette, and typography across all public pages. Logo and typography options require a Professional plan or higher; color and theme settings are available on every plan.

Why this matters

Your public site is often the first thing a potential supporter, volunteer, or member sees. A consistent homepage, clear donation path, and easy-to-find signup form lower the barrier for people to get involved. The Pages hub keeps all of these in one place so you can publish quickly and update often as your org's needs change.
