Components

Components are reusable building blocks for your public presence: forms that collect contacts and widgets that surface your work. You build a component once, then place it on your site's pages or embed it on any external website with a snippet of code.

Finding Components

Open Pages in your workspace sidebar, then select Components. The hub lists every component your org has built, its type, publish status, and when it was last edited.

Component types

Select New component to create one:

• Signup form -- Collects emails and contacts (newsletter-style). Submissions create or update records in your CRM.
• Contact form -- Lets visitors send your team a message; submissions are emailed to you.
• Membership form -- Lets visitors join your organization from your public site. One submission creates their account and their membership together; your organization's join mode decides whether they become a member instantly, wait for approval, or see an invitations-only notice.
• Donate widget -- A donate button with amount presets that opens your donation page.
• Events list -- Your upcoming events as a compact list with RSVP links.
• Events calendar -- A month calendar of your upcoming events. Visitors can page through months and click an event to open its page.

Forms are free to build on every plan. Widgets and embedding on external sites require a paid plan.

Editing and publishing

Each component opens in a focused editor where you adjust its content and colors. Components start as drafts; select Publish when ready. Unpublished components never render for visitors, including anywhere they are embedded.

Embedding on an external site

Select Get code on a component to copy an embed snippet you can paste into any website. The embed stays in sync: edit the component here and every site showing it updates.

Where donation pages live

Donation pages are not components; they are full hosted pages. Create and manage them from the Pages list with the New page button. The Donate widget is the embeddable counterpart that points supporters at your donation page.
