Your brand: logo, colors, and name

Getting startedUpdated July 14, 2026

Set the logo, color palette, and display name used across your workspace sidebar, emails, and public site, separately from your public website's own styling.

On this page

Your organization's brand, its logo, color palette, and display name, carries across your workspace sidebar, the emails you send, and your public site. Set it once from Settings, then Brand. Owners and admins can edit it.

Logos

Upload up to four image slots:

  • Primary logo — a wide logo used in emails and on your public site.
  • Icon — a square mark used in your workspace sidebar.
  • Dark variant — a version of your logo suited to dark backgrounds.
  • Favicon — the small icon shown in a browser tab and in bookmarks.

Any slot you leave empty falls back to OrganizeOS defaults.

Brand palette and name

Set a primary and secondary color, plus neutral light and neutral dark tones used behind them. You can also set a display name, shown instead of your organization's registered name in white-labeled surfaces, and pick a heading font and a body font from the available presets.

How this is different from your website's style

The Brand page controls your workspace chrome, emails, and the platform-level look of your presence, not the block-by-block styling of your public pages. Your public website has its own color palette and fonts, configured separately in the Style editor under Pages. Changing your Brand colors here does not change your published site's colors, and vice versa. See Your public site for the Style editor.

Why this matters

A consistent logo and color story across your sidebar, your emails, and your site is what makes OrganizeOS feel like your organization's tool rather than a generic platform. Keeping workspace branding and public-site branding as separate settings means your staff-facing chrome can look however works best for your team internally without ever leaking into what a donor or supporter sees on your public pages.
