Where to see post-event survey responses, ratings, and written comments from your attendees.

About an hour after your event ends, attendees receive a short feedback survey: a 1 to 5 rating, whether they would recommend the event, and an optional written comment. The Feedback tab on your event is where those responses land.
What you'll see
- Responses and response rate: how many attendees answered, as a share of everyone with an active RSVP
- Average rating and a ratings breakdown from 1 to 5
- Would recommend: the share of respondents who said yes
- Comments: every written response with the attendee's name, rating, and date
Timing
Responses usually arrive in the first day or two after the event, while the survey link is fresh in inboxes. Before the event, the tab shows an empty state; there is nothing to configure.
Tuning the ask
The survey itself is one of your event's automated sends. To reword it or turn it off for an event, use the Communications tab.
