Using the Organization Advisor

The Organization Advisor helps direct your team: it recommends concrete next steps and answers "what should we focus on" grounded in your own workspace. Unlike the Campaign Advisor, which follows a campaign playbook, the Organization Advisor is adaptive, because organizations vary. It has two parts: a workspace next steps feed on your dashboard, and the Advisor drawer you can open from the top right of your workspace on any page.

Workspace next steps

Your dashboard shows a short, ranked list of recommended next steps generated from what is actually happening in your workspace. The first kind are event follow-ups: after an event, the advisor turns the outcome into a recommendation with a ready draft, for example "your meeting ended with 12 attendees and a 4.6 rating: send a follow-up, thank the first-time attendees, and schedule the next one." Acting on it opens the event Broadcast composer pre-filled with the draft. Nothing is sent automatically; you review and send. You can act, snooze, or dismiss each recommendation.

The feed stays out of the way when there is nothing to suggest, and fills in as your events and activity give the advisor something concrete to recommend.

The Advisor drawer

Open Advisor from the top right of your workspace to reach the drawer. On a general workspace page it gives directional advice: ask "what should our team focus on next," "what have we not set up yet," or "where has engagement gone quiet," and it reasons over your real workspace, what you have set up, recent activity, and where things have slowed, to suggest next steps and new initiatives. Inside a specific tool (such as the email campaign builder) it gives help scoped to what you are working on.

Availability

The Organization Advisor is available to organization workspaces on a plan that includes the advisor, and to team members with permission to use it. If your plan or role does not include it, the Advisor button does not appear.

Why this matters

Organizing is a long game of many small next moves: who to follow up with after an event, which part of the workspace has gone quiet, what to set up next. The Organization Advisor keeps those moves in front of your team as recommendations with drafts, so the follow-through happens without waiting on a single person to remember it, and your members, events, and momentum stay warm.
