Your brand: logo, colors, and name

Getting startedUpdated September 28, 2026

Set the logos, colors, fonts, and display name used across your workspace, emails, and public pages, whether your address shows your profile page, Website Lite, or the website builder.

On this page

Your organization's brand, its logos, colors, fonts, and display name, carries across your workspace, the emails you send, and your public pages. Set it once from Administration, then Brand. Owners and admins can edit it.

Logos

Four slots, in two groups:

  • Wide logo: the primary logo, used in emails, at the top of your public pages, and on your organization's card across OrganizeOS (a wide image, roughly 4:1, works best), and a dark variant of the same logo for dark backgrounds. The dark slot previews on a dark surface, so a light logo stays visible while you work.
  • Square marks: the icon, shown in the workspace sidebar and member portal, and the favicon, shown in the browser tab on your public pages.

Click a slot to upload or replace its image; the remove button sits beside the slot's name. Logos save as soon as the upload finishes. Any slot you leave empty falls back to your other logos, then to the OrganizeOS defaults.

Colors

Set a primary and secondary color, plus a neutral light and neutral dark tone. Primary is your accent in the workspace, on the emails you send, and on your public pages. All four color your public pages; the last section below explains which pages. Pick from the swatch or type a hex value such as #4A9D6E. Leave a color empty to keep the default, which the field shows as its placeholder.

Typography

Choose a heading font and a body font for your public pages. Every plan has the curated list. On the Core plan and above you can also search the Google Fonts catalog, or upload your own font as a WOFF2 file with Upload a font, which sits under your uploaded fonts, above the Google Fonts list. Uploaded fonts are shared with your website's Style editor. Deleting one, with the trash icon beside it, removes it right away and cannot be undone: anything using it switches to the default font. Your workspace and emails keep the OrganizeOS fonts.

Display name

A display name is shown instead of your registered organization name on the emails you send. Leave it empty to use the registered name.

Your registered name is kept under Administration, then General.

Changing your registered name

Before you submit your organization for review, owners and admins can change its name under Administration, then General, and select Save.

Once your organization has been submitted, OrganizeOS reviews it under that name, so a new name needs our approval. Under Administration, then General, select Request a name change, enter the new name and, if you like, why you are changing it (a rebrand, a merger or a corrected spelling, for example), then select Send request. Your current name stays in place while the request waits, and the page shows it as waiting for review. You can select Cancel request at any time before it is decided.

When we approve the new name, it replaces the old one everywhere at once: your workspace, your public pages and the emails you send, unless you set a display name above. If we cannot approve it, the page shows our note explaining why, and you can ask for a different name. Either way you get a notification. Only owners and admins can request a name change, and one request can wait at a time.

Saving

Logos save on upload. Colors, fonts, and the display name save together: as soon as you change one, a bar appears at the bottom of the page with Save changes and Discard. A color that is not a valid hex value is flagged under its field, and the page will not save until it is fixed.

Removing OrganizeOS branding

On the Enterprise plan, the "Powered by OrganizeOS" line is removed from the pages your supporters see, your donate, join and unsubscribe pages, and from the transactional emails your organization sends. Your own logo, colors and display name are unaffected on every plan; white-label only removes our branding, not yours.

There is nothing to switch on. It follows your plan, so it applies as soon as your organization is on Enterprise and stops applying if the subscription is paused or lapses.

How this relates to your website

What your brand styles on the public side depends on what is live at your address (see Your public site).

  • The profile page. It has no style settings of its own, so its logo, colors, and fonts all come from here. While it is live, so do the pages OrganizeOS serves on your domain, like donate, join, and checkout. See Your profile page.
  • Website Lite. Your site follows your brand automatically. It has its own Style editor under Website, and once you set custom colors or fonts there, the site keeps those and stops following the Brand page. The Website style card at the bottom of the Brand page takes you there. See Your public site for the Style editor.
  • The website builder. Your site's look is set in the builder, and the Brand page does not change it. Your brand styles the pages OrganizeOS serves on your domain, like donate, join, and checkout, and the forms and widgets you embed. There is no Style editor for these sites, so your colors, fonts, and logo all come from here.

Why this matters

A consistent logo and color story across your sidebar, your emails, and your public pages is what makes OrganizeOS feel like your organization's tool rather than a generic platform. Setting it in one place means a donor moving from your emails to your donate page sees the same organization throughout.
