My Membership and the member directory

Two sections in your org's member home cover your standing in the organization and the people around you: My Membership and Directory.

My Membership

Open My Membership to see your current tier: its name, description, any listed benefits, and whether it carries voting rights. If your dues have lapsed, benefits show as paused rather than disappearing outright.

If your tier has a price attached, a Dues section shows your status:

• Active, with when your membership renews (for recurring dues) or how long it's valid (for a one-time payment).
• If you pay recurring dues, you can Update card or Cancel dues here. Canceling doesn't end your membership immediately — it takes effect at the end of your current period, and you can Resume dues any time before then.
• If a payment failed, you'll see a note to update your card to recover your membership, along with the option to set it up again.
• If you haven't set up dues yet and your tier has a price, you'll see the available options (monthly, annual, or one-time) to start paying.

Below that, Membership details shows when you joined and your current status. A Leave organization button at the bottom removes your member access — you can rejoin later, but leaving isn't undone automatically.

Directory

Open Directory to browse the other members of your organization. Search by name or location, or filter by role (Owners, Admins, Organizers, Members). Each member's card shows their name, role badge, and location if they've shared one; your own card is marked (You).

Select a member's card to see more: their bio (if they've written one) and when they joined the organization.

Why this matters

My Membership is the one place that shows your tier, your benefits, and whether your dues are current — useful before you ask an organizer "am I still active?" The Directory turns your organization from a list of names into people you can actually recognize: who's an admin, who's been around since last year, who's local to you. Together they answer the two questions every member eventually asks: "where do I stand?" and "who else is here?"
