Notification preferences
Choose which emails and texts OrganizeOS sends you about events and meetings.
On this page
OrganizeOS can email or text you about events and meetings you're involved with. You control which of those you receive from Settings.
Where to find your preferences
Open Settings from your profile menu. Your notification preferences, appearance, and leaderboard visibility all live together on the main Settings tab; Security (two-factor authentication, sessions, sign-in history) is a separate tab.
Email notifications
- Event reminders — day-before, day-of, and 2-hour reminders for events you're going to.
- Event feedback surveys — a short survey after events you attend.
- Weekly event digest — a roundup email, sent Thursdays.
- Organizer broadcasts — updates an organizer sends about a specific event.
Text message notifications

Texts only go out if you've added a phone number to your account. Add or update it from the Personal info tab on your Profile page.
Meeting notifications
If your organization uses one-on-ones, trainings, or town halls, a separate section covers those: invites, day-before reminders, start-time reminders, cancellations, and reschedules. For each, you can turn email and in-app notifications on or off independently. Text notifications for meetings are coming soon and aren't available to toggle yet.
Saving
Every toggle saves as soon as you flip it — there's no separate save button. A small status line under each section confirms "Saved" or lets you know if something went wrong.
Why this matters
Reminders and digests are only useful if they match how you actually want to hear from your organizations. Turning off what you don't need keeps your inbox focused on the notifications that get you to show up.
